FAQOrdering Information Animal Orthopaedics offers many ways to order products. Orders may be placed via phone, fax, or mail. Initial orders must be accompanied with payment. Methods of payment are Visa, MasterCard, or Check. After initial order, an account may be created with additional credit information. Accounts carry the terms of net 30 days, and all Past Due invoices will be subject to a monthly finance charge of 1.5%. Orders may be placed via phone Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm EST at (574) 248-0886 or faxed toll free to (866) 601-2670. Any orders received prior to 4:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. Shipping Terms All shipments will be sent UPS Ground. Next Day and 2nd Day delivery are available per customers request. Shipping charges will be applied to each invoice. Note: All products are shipped non-sterile. Returned Goods Products may be returned for a full refund if they have not been used and are in their original packaging within 15 days of the invoice date. If for some reason products have been used and need to be returned, they must be cleaned thoroughly. Products that are not cleaned will not be accepted and will be returned without credit. It is the discretion of Animal Orthopaedics, Inc. to determine if a credit is to be given for products returned.
